Terms and Conditions including Shipping and Returns are important to understand why and how things happen at Scrapbooking Delights.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITETerms and Conditions

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

OUR SITE SAFETY
Scrapbookingdelights.com.au is very concerned about site security on the Internet today. We have done our utmost to be a secure site for you to shop with. These include processing your credit card information in a safe and responsible manner, and not sharing any information that has been given to us by you, our customers.

In line with our strict security policy we also offer a wide range of payment options including Bank Transfer, Cheque, Money Order, and even the option to 'Call us with Card Details', where you can finalise your order and call us with your credit card number. We will be adding PayPal as time goes on.

PRICING
The aim of Scrapbooking Delights is to offer a large selection of Scrapbooking, Card making and Art supplies at affordable prices.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the 10% GST and are subject to change without notification. Prices do not include Postage which will be added to your order at checkout. To view our Postage/Shipping Information please see below.
At Delights, we aim to keep our prices as low as we can, and pass all savings onto you our customers; unfortunately the fluctuating Australian dollar causes pricing adjustments from time to time.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
We keep a very tight inventory of stock however occasionally something goes wrong and a product will be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you by phone if possible, if not by e-mail to discuss your options

1. Shipping your order without the item. If this happens your order will ship with a refund in your box.

2. Holding your order until the item comes back into stock (if the item is available)

3. Replacing the item with a different product.

If you choose to wait for an item to come back into stock, and there is a delay in that item arriving, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the delay to discuss your options. If you chose to have a part-order sent and would like contact when the missing item comes back into stock, you will be responsible for the extra postage costs for that item.

Your items will not be posted until funds have been cleared in our bank account, which can take up to 2 working days. If paying by Direct deposit all orders MUST be paid for within 3 days otherwise or the order will be returned to stock

#Credit Card - Call through Credit Card Details
You can pay your account by selecting to call us with your credit card details.
If you choose this option you will be able to call through your credit card details and have your order processed without delay. You can call the shop during opening hours on (02) 42608885

# Cheque or Money Order
Please send cheques or money orders made payable to Scrapbooking Delights & post to:

Please ensure you attach to your cheque/money order to a copy of your order so Scrapbooking Delights can identify who the cheque is from.

If paying by cheque or money order please be aware that goods will not be posted until the cheque/money order has cleared in our bank account.

COD
If you are picking up from Scrapbooking Delights in Dapto, payment will be accepted in store.

Items ordered for ‘pick up’ MUST be collected and paid within 3 days of order (opened days of the store) or the order will be returned to stock. If there is any issue, please phone the store for assistance.

 DELIVERY COSTS & TERMS

We offer FREE* postage to anywhere in Australia for orders over $80 (Aust).

All orders under $80 will be charged at $9.95* using Australia Post standard delivery (these do have a tracking number, available on request)

*IF these items exceed a normal shipping size then we will contact you with any extra charges before sending order.(usually for albums, machines or large tote bags)

If any item is ordered that will fit into normal size envelope, then such postage will be charged per Australia posts costs. Please contact us and we will adjust your account prior to you making payment for your order.

Priority Express at $15.95 covers only orders fitting into standard Priority Express satchels (500g and 3kg) delivered to QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC, and $23.95 to WA, NT, SA and TAS.

Please note: In regards to FREE* postage:  Large Items such as Albums, OTP, specialty items and machines will be quoted delivery charges if they do not fit the usual shipping sizes. When we receive any order that does not fit these requirements we will contact you with a quote price for your approval prior to shipping.

Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 working days and posted as soon as funds clear.

Please allow an extra 2 working days for processing of your order during Sale Periods.

We use Australia Post for our deliveries; hence the timing will be as per Australia Post schedules for other States and regional areas. All parcels will have a tracking number and this will be supplied on request.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE  we will supply a quote on request.

REFUND POLICY
• If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order by either phone or email. The item will need to be returned for assessment before a refund is issued. The customer is responsible for return of any damaged or faulty goods, once the item is deemed faulty, and then a refund of the cost and postage will be issued, in the same process that original payment was made to Scrapbooking Delights.

• We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or order incorrectly. There is ample time in checkout to look over your order and make sure what you confirm is what you require. It is your responsibility to check your shopping cart before you check out and make payment.

• Occasionally an item you order might be out of stock. Please see above for information.

• Products WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED without your consent.

• If a "clearance item" is unavailable, you will NOT be contacted, we will just provided a refund in your order.

LOCAL PICK UP
You are welcome to pick up your order from the Scrapbooking Delights Shop at Dapto during opening hours.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Scrapbooking Delights is based in regional NSW and we are a proud Australian business, we will ship to International addresses, with individual quotes given for postage and funds must have cleared our account before order is posted.

We understand that our customers are concerned with privacy, so we have initiated policies to ensure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate to you about our products, services, contests or promotions.  Your details will never be sold onto any third party by us.

If you have opted into our newsletter, you will receive an email monthly regarding whats new and any information that we deem necessary to pass onto you, the customer, regarding Scrapbooking Delights. These could be specials or short messages containing information that we think you would want to know. If at any time you wish to stop receiving these e-mails, we give you the option to remove your name from our mailing list with one easy step. We understand that this information is private and will handle it in a responsible manner.
